The best online identification I can find is a Pinterest post: https://www.pinterest.com.au/pin/221169031687906837/ THe video clipp is of a Verbena bonariensis Violetta AT least that is my/our only suggestion. I took a screenshot and enlarged…flowers appear to be different. Maybe just at different stages.
