One-Word-Sunday22-Fly

~~~~~~~
~~~~~

fly

(of a bird, bat, or insect) move through
the air using wings.

~~~~~
Not a bat, bird or insect…
…however, both require and make use of their wings.
I think this may be one of my favourite photos.
I was focused on the agapanthus
and only noticed the airborne bee
once the image was on my computer.
One-Word-Sunday22-Dust
~~~~~~~

~~~~~
dust
fine, dry powder consisting of tiny particles
of earth or waste matter lying on the ground
or on surfaces or carried in the air.
~~~~~

Dust and smoke…

…caused by distant bushfires and wind…

…enshroud the Moorabool Valley.

A herd of elephants kicks up dust

in South Africa’s

Kruger National Park

~~~~~
landscape
all the visible features of an area of land,
often considered in terms of their
aesthetic appeal.
~~~~~

One of my favourite landscape/sunset images.

The following images are all of

the Moorabool Valley

…on a bright sunny day…

…and on…

…foggy mornings.

~~~~~
greyish
greyish means slightly grey in colour
~~~~~

There is…

…nothing like…

…a fog…

…to commence…

…a day…

…with a greyish…

…hue.
