An eclectic range of art...

…admired by an eclectic group of travellers.

The same travellers enjoyed this

Viennese collection a few days earlier.

then its White Tower will crumble and

the country will be plunged into chaos.

Walks.

Walkers alongside Ballarat’s Lake Wendouree.

Lake Wendouree was the site of all rowing events

during the 1956 Melbourne Olympics.

The walk from Eastern Beach car park.

At the top of the hill, you are only a five minute walk

from Geelong’s Central Business District.

The reverse view down to the Promenade.

Nearing the top of Lucerne’s

Mt Rigi.

The walk in context.

Walking in Schoenbrunn Palace gardens

We didn’t have the time or energy

to walk all to the back of the garden.

Weekly Photo Challenge-Wish

My contribution for this week’s challenge…

Wish

~~~~~
Three wishes.
I wish I could have seen this Bridge, however I guess there
were many who wished they had not
been so close or walked across it.
This was as close to Ponte Vecchio as I could get.
Se near …yet so far.
Finally, we had hoped to go to the top of the Eiffel Tower.
Crowds and time did not  permit.
We had to be content with the second level.
The honeymooners on our trip had dinner at the top
while the rest of us enjoyed ringside seats at The Moulin Rouge.
