clearly from the Bellarine Peninsula.

…and again at Point Lonsdale Pier

A distant fork in the road.

 

Although topping out at only 319 metres,

the You Yang Mountains, situated

between Geelong and Melbourne

dominate the surrounding landscape

Also captured from the Bellarine Peninsula

is the Melbourne skyline.

Yesterday (Friday, April 8) we ventured down to

Jack Rabbit’s Restaurant and Vine Yard

on the Bellarine Peninsula for lunch.

It was a beautiful day. 

The Restaurant was excellent,

both in ambience and fare.

On the horizon are the

You Yang Ranges

on the other side of

Corio Bay.
