My M-M-M Challenge this week
~~~~~
Definitely not my favourite animal is the Monkey.
Apologies if it is not strictly a monkey…but it looks like one to me.
~~~~~
When I heard we were visiting Moholoholo I was wondering what the…..?
My attitude change during the visit. It is a wonderful Wildlife Rehabilitation Centre which should be a ‘must’ for all visitors to south Africa.

My L-L-L Challenge this week
~~~~~
For the LLL challenge this week, a limp, relaxed leopard.
~~~
I call these my National Geographic shots,
taken at the end of our first full day in Kruger Park.
~~~~~
Just did not expect to see a leopard, and photograph it, in this position.
However, after following several South African social media sites,
the pose is not as unusual I thought.
My K-K-K Challenge this week
~~~~~
This week three Ks (sort of) from two continents.
First, a Kudu
~~~
Second, a klipspringer.
This was as close as we came to a klipspringer as the tend to frequent high rocky outcrops
~~~~~
A zoom lens helps if you want a closer look.
~~~~~
A Koala sign could only be seen regularly in the land down under.
I suppose they have the same effect on overseas visitors as seeing signs indicating bears and moose did on me in Canada many years ago.
My GGG Challenge this week
~~~~~
Three random Gs for this week’s challenge.
This may look like an other motel, in fact it is the Kempton Park
Game Lodge
in Johannesburg
~~~~~
Ginger my faithful friend and ‘guard’ dog looks half asleep in this pic.
~~~~~
Mostly Gerberas. If there are any other flowers in this arrangement that begin with G they have been lost on me.

My FFF Challenge this week
~~~~~
Some random photos for this week’s challenge.
Is it a cat-fish in the Olifants River? Not certain and fairly sure 🙂
~~~~~
Not the best Franklin photograph, but they were difficult to spot and well camouflaged.
~~~~~
Another photo I never dreamed of shooting until the opportunity arose.
~~~~~
These feet were soooo relaxed and also fitted the
‘I never thought I’d get a photo of that’
category.

My EEE Challenge this week
~~~~~
The entry and exit to Mopani Camp in Kruger National Park.
Euphorbia which is poisonous to all except the rhinoceros.
The Euphorbia will soon be safe from the rhino’s mastications as rhinos are, according to Facebook and other sources, being poached out of existence.
Check out this link…
Rhino killing continues unabated
But be warned these image may upset some readers
~~~~~
And last but certainly not least…my favourite bird.
Whether Australia’s Wedge-tail Eagle,
South Africa’s Verreaux’s Eagle (above)…
or and eagle from another country,
there is something regal about these birds.
