Yesterday, MGW noticed these magpies inspecting…
the Japanese Maple and the surrounding garden bed.
The ‘boss’ kept a close on on me while I took these shots.
I guess someone has to oversee the inspection process.
It was only when they flew away that we saw
the other four workers which had been hidden by the pot.
All photos were taken through the window,
however the pot is only 4-5 feet away from the glass.
