Phoneography-Foggy_Monday

My Phoneography.

~~~~~
As previously stated I do not use a non SLR camera very often
and only occasionally have non SLR photos to post.
Today some HTC phone camera shots
With sunshine and twenty degree temperatures forecast for today I had high hopes of painting verandah posts today.  However…
at ten AM a heavy fog was still covering parts of Geelong and surrounding areas.  In the background is part of the Geelong Cement works.
fog_0272As I neared the cement works the fog appeared to clear, slightly.  However, it was also apparent that there was still some time to go before it could be said that the fog had lifted.  With fog this heavy painting was on hold for several hours.
  3. Enjoying your fog. I grew up in San Francisco. Fog was the daily occurrence, so when the sun came first, it wAs a special day. I’m in the Santa Cruz mountains. We rarely have fog, maybe one week out of the whole year.
    Thanks for the ping💓
    • I have seen (moives etc) and heard of San Francisco but unfortunately never spent any t\real time in the US. So many beautiful photos of the States are published on blogs. Maybe one day….. We often get a few fogs during winter months. The other day was very patchy. Heavy in places, non existent a few miles on.
