While preparing my Work of Art post, a few days ago, and reading through some others I came upon
Bumblepuppies Work of Art post.

I just had to include this as it took me back to 1958 and my
Purple People Eater T-shirt
which I wore proudly while I sang along with Sheb Wooley’s original release.
And, yes I still do know most of the lyrics.
