Lens flare, or……..

Whatever it is, it is the only lens flare

I have taken where at first glance

the flare appears to be a perfect circle.

7:04:03 PM

 

One second later…on July 20, 2013 at 19:04:04 (A.E.S.T.)

my camera recorded this image.

I have been told it is caused by camera movement

and it probably is.

However, isn’t it unusual that there not a corresponding

blur/movement in the rest of the photo?
