Hey Woolly! Love your topiary shapes. It is a favourite thing of mine in gardens! Grevillea flowers are such an interesting subject for this prompt. They along with many of the native plants have a fascinating structure. And the colours widely available now make them a stunning plant. Are they growing in your garden?

Apologies for the delay in replying. Yes, the Grevilleas are from our garden and our new Holland Honeyeaters love them. We have three or four miniature (to 1.5 m) although after watching ‘Better Homes and Gardens’ a few weeks back I may use them to fill a few gaps among our bigger trees.

Versatile plants
I used to have a collection of them. Some species are not that long-lived, though. About 5-8 years max I recall for the smaller ones.
