Cee’s Black & White Challenge: Geometry

Building from Geelong.

Known locally as the

Upside Down Building.

Contains government offices I believe.

Looks good now.

The Waurn Ponds Library.

About a fifteen minute drive from Geelong’s CBD.

A design which has caused some controversy among locals.
