First…a canola crop in bloom.

Now after the crop has gone to seed and with

some editing it takes on an abstract look.

Instead of looking like this.

Canola crop with spider web,

and different editing filters.

Water abstract.

Autumn leaves with editing.

I think any abstract photo leaves room for our

imagination to interpret that which our eyes see.

Desert Dreaming was created for a CD cover challenge…

The title matching the earthy tones of the image.

The original image…a pool of water.

This image not had a circular mask added.

Rather, it is the moon setting in our backyard.

I suspect there has been a colour inversion

in Picasa to accentuate the moon.

Pic and Word Challenge: Imagination

Black and White Tuesday17-2612

Black and White Tuesday

Has been difficult keeping up with posts lately.

MGW says I have not used my camera much

since hurting my shoulder and hip/thigh,

so I have cheated again this week.

Colour versions to follow shortly.First ever abstract for a challenge.

 From someone’s garden.

Looks better in  colour.

Nature providing an abstract again.

Can you see the spider web?

Love the colours in this.

Hope you enjoyed.

A few months ago I was photographing…

a foggy morning and dew on the grass.

A click of the mouse (or two) and it is nearly art.

I did say…nearly. 🙂

Hope you enjoyed.
