I love these shots, Don! Even if we barely look, construction is everywhere and sometimes interesting to shoot–like you did! My hubby worked on 2 library projects in California a few years ago when he was still doing construction.

The thing with baby boomers we have successfully turned our hands to many things. Sadly though I found that no piece of paper, no job. And the older I became the more that was applied. Is it the same in the U.S?

Yes, to some degree. I think many boomers have side gigs in retirement. Full time work is not any option any longer.

Pensioners will soon be returning to work out here. A new scheme will allow them to earn an extra $11,400 without affecting their pensions in an effort to staff businesses. Personally, I think that staff would fill vacancies if the $750 per week COVID payments, were significantly reduced.
