Most of my MCoW entries have focussed on

and around the Geelong area.

Warrnambool’s forecast population for 2021, is 37,225.

This is expected to increase by 15-20,000 tourists

during the Christmas – January school holiday period.

Although COVID may impact that figure this year.

Warrnambool is situated right on the

Victoria’s South West Coast

Bass Strait making a nice backdrop

in this image.

Public transport train services connect

Warrnambool to Geelong and Melbourne.

  1. A very pleasant looking place! It doesn’t look like a tourist destination, but I guess you can’t judge by looks!

I really like your header photo!

A lovely addition to ‘My Corner of the World’ this week! Thanks for linking!

    • I think the beaches are the biggest attraction and the ability to camp within a couple of hundred metres of the beach. Which header photo did you see? I have them set to randomly rotate. 😊
