NZ doesn’t want Victorians at the moment, however the first plane load of Kiwis landed in Melbourne today.

Thank you SueW 😊 We are looking forward to our grandchildren…it’s just that we are resigned, I think, to not seeing much of No. 1 Son’s family. It will be different with number 2 son though.

I’m not holding my breath. They said they weren’t returning to Australia for 6-8 weeks. Other family members have said that they wouldn’t be surprised if they never returned. MGW will be working when it arrives and although we haven’t talked about it yet, after our last weekend visit to NZ was tiring. The other thing is that while Victoria is allowing New Zealanders to fly to Melbourne, NZ is not accepting Victorian visitors as yet.
