the capacity to accept or tolerate delay, problems,
or suffering without becoming annoyed or anxious.

Waiting patiently.

It’s no-wonder that when a labrador explodes

there is a good reason that I do not feel sorry

for bruised and battered kelpies.

Weekly Prompt Photo Challenge:   Patience

Two of Geelong’s Libraries.

About a ten minute drive from the CBD,

the Waurn Ponds Library

is over the road from the shopping centre

of the same name.

I have been told one either loves or hates

the architecture.

In 2014 the Geelong Library was

in the process of a makeover.

Two years alter it appears finished.

Not sure if it was and I still

have not darkened its doors.

My library contact is all

online these days.

Candi loves to fetch and retrieve…

…this piece of rope.

Every now and again the rope goes missing.

Candi cannot find it quickly we don’t know

where she has dropped it and so rope

number two is called upon.

Such was the case on Sunday.

It was Tuesday afternoon before Candi found

her bearings and found the rope.

This is her special rope because

it has a large lump of plastic

she can sink her teeth into while retrieving.

Fandango’s One Word Challenge: Missing

cause (someone) to remember someone
or something

Once upon a time I was a tad forgetful

according to MGW.

I didn’t really think it mattered that much

if a task was undertaken today,

tomorrow or next week.

Eventually I thought I would try using a calendar.

My ipad calendar to be precise.

MGW said they were the ants pants

And I tend to now agree.

I find I no longer….weelll seldom,

find myself in trouble

for forgetting appointments ect.

However my fog horn like

system of alerts/reminders, well

that’s another story altogether.  😉
