A few week  ago we planted some

raised gardens beds with bulbs.

The first to push through for some

autumn winter sun were Freesias.

At leas I hope they are very young freesias

and not fast growing weeds.


Then came some of the Ranunculus…


..followed by the first of our pink daffodils.

The wire netting is to stop mulch

from blowing away.

  1. It’s always fun and interesting to see the beginnings of plant life, Don! Great idea and use for the netting. In my raised bed where the sunflowers live, I have chicken wire encircling it to keep my rambunctious dog out 🙂
