I have a dislike for…

However, I think this is creepier

and it was in our garden.

Crimson Breasted Shrike,

…and after cropping.

A Kruger National Park

….and after cropping and editing.

Straight out of camera…

First crop.

I  estimated that horn to be

around three feet in length.

Second crop.

This rhino (and its mates) have

a 24/7 military guard.

The guards have orders to

shoot first and asked questions later.

We did not test the veracity

of this statement!

  1. Good crops, even the creepy spider! That is some rhino! Sad to see them butchered at all, even for only the horn. People should be shot! Sadly.

    • Thank you, Patti 😊. So sad that rhinos need to be protected in such a manner though. ‘Our’ safari guide recently posted a video of rhinos which had their horns trimmed in an effort to ward off poachers.

  2. making a difference – yes! Loved your choices – and loved the idea of the spider crop…one leg is enough, imagination is the rest.
