Owie!
Oddly, I am delighted to see these images. As painful as they are — both to see and, I imagine, to be the subject of — they represent a stage of healing on the way to full recovery. A no doubt tricky and ultimately successful operation.
So very glad to learn you’re on the mend.

Thank you Patrick. I think all is good. look better this week than last Monday. I believe all was taken, however, I am scheduled in a couple of months to have another piece cut out of the bridge of my nose as there was only 0.4 millimetre clearance and they like to have 5 mm clearance between nasty and good.

So sorry you’re going through this. May you have a speedy recovery

Thank you. Doctor is positive. Although he does want to chop another piece from my nose to gain ‘clearance’ when this heals. And without that ugly dressing it feels much better. 🙂

Good luck with your appointment tomorrow… looks really uncomfortable 😦

Thank you, Ruth. It is uncomfortable. However not sure where skin graft and stitches end. Was told that 60% was on my eyelid. First image/dressing suggest otherwise.
