an image, video, piece of text, etc., typically humorous in nature,
that is copied and spread rapidly by Internet users,
often with slight variations.

The following are my meme worthy photos…I  think.

I think because I am not too sure what constitutes a meme

In my opinion both these photos are ideal

because there is enough space to add text

and still have an interesting photo to go with it.

The following are all my own photos.

Are these memes?

Could they be memes?

Carnations and  Mother’s Day.

Some tiny carnations in our garden

make an ideal background for

a Mother’s Day greeting.

In this instance white text also helps.

I didn’t realise how dull last year’s Christmas greeting was until now.

My 2015 Christmas, much brighter and happier.

A November blue sky creates an ideal and

ample area to add a message.

A Photo a Week Challenge: Meme-Worthy-Photos

From all over this week.

Not sure if this is a ‘tender moment’ or

a power play in the

Chobe National Park,

I choose to believe it is the former.

Mother gently reminding the family to keep up

in Geelong Wetland..

Horse and handler in Victoria,

British Columbia,

My final tender moment at

the Port of Vancouver.

Cee’s Black & White Challenge:  Tender-Moments

Flowers from York.

Our York friends had this hydrangea

growing in their garden.

At the time we  thought it unusual as we had

never seen a reddish coloured hydrangea.

Blue and  white being the standard colours

in our world.

Taupo Gardens…4Not a floral start to this week’s post,

but I figured we could all do with

some world peace.

Sri Chinmoy dedicated his life to World Peace.

Google tells me he founded the

Sri Chinmoy Marathon Team in 1977.

Apparently there was, or are, runs/races

in Geelong in the name of Sri Chinmoy.

Which means one of two things;

that I am not  interested in world peace, or

that I am not that athletic.

I choose the latter. 🙂

Now that my level of athleticism has been established,

let’s move on to some hellebores.

And some rhododendrons…in bushes

the size of which,

I have never previously laid eyes upon

In late September sunshine…

…the blooms looked just as good close up.
