Victoria is beautiful and yes if I had to move countries I think Canada would be first choice. I’m just a bit worried about winters though 😊 I think it would be much colder.
I’m so jealous that you got to see Butchart Gardens in daylight. The only trip I made there was a night when the Christmas lights (and a big wow they were!) were on display. Although we loved the twinkly magic of the season, I would like to see the gardens in full bloom summer or spring. Thanks for the pictures.
It would have been nice to see the Christmas lights. I spent three days in Vancouver in 1976, but didn’t make it across to the gardens. So pleased we took extra time this year. We had just walked out of the Sunken Garden in the tours allowed 90 minutes. There was sooo much more to see.
