Some random greys
African Harrier Hawk
I think of Lambs Ear as a grey plant…
maybe silvery grey.
However, this morning it looked more grey/green.
My eyes say these rocks have some grey in them
and many other colours I think.
Finally, although this photo was converted to
Black and White, or Grayscale,
it is still one of my favourites.

Yes I love the hawk also but our lamb’s ear is growing so well and is about a metre in diameter now. It ground cover value is terrific.

A beautiful bird, I agree. Some where on my blog I have a series of these shots as he sits, preens and then takes flight.
