My
Wind
Travel Theme.

Our neighbour’s trees often look like this…
because we live in an…
open area.
with no large shelter belts…
of anything…
to stop scenes…
like these.
So, last Friday morning we had a rare windless morning…
which allowed me to capture the moon setting, around 0615,
behind those very same trees in my first photos.
Unfortunately I only had time for a few quick pics while the keetle boilled.
No time for a tripod, not that I ever use one a great deal.
So my photo is a bit darker than it was and I
have simply cropped out any surplus dark areas.

All day Sunday the trees were being tossed around nearly as much, again. I also ventured down to the coast for some early morning surf shots. Best waves I have seen for a long time…but I do not go near the beach very often.

Thank you. I like the moonshot also. A bit more colour would have helped..however… I have added colour to some in my other blog. And with some fiddling around for various shades I think it makes a half decent abstract image. But that’s only my opinion. Feel free to disagree 🙂
