Cee’s Fun Foto Challenge-My-Favourite-Things-1

My contribution for this week’s

Fun Foto Challenge

My Favourite Things…with modifications.

Raindrops on windows (no roses) and

misty whiskers on (2-year-old) kittens.

(well he was, a kitten, few years ago)…

sox2quite a few years ago.

Bright copper kettles,

No warm woollen mittens
No brown paper packages tied up with strings
But these are a few of my favourite things.

  1. I love your photos. Rain can be a difficult photo to capture. You cat is sweet. And the copper kettle is very nice.

I like your watermark. I have been thinking about working on one, if I can find the time. Right now, I just sign my photos, but that can be cut out so easily.

Did I misunderstand the challenge? Are we supposed to be using photographs to go with the song lyrics. I’ll have to go look at Cee’s prompt for the challenges.

    • Thank you. The watermark came about due to a post that Facebook was taking control of all posted photos, on FB. I’m not the greatest photographer but it irks me when I hear of Social Media fine, fine, fine print on page xyz, stating that you have relinquished your rights to photos simply because they are posted on a certain site. A good authority told me that some girls were on holiday, post a shot of themselves on SM and that company sold it off to a multi-national for its advertising campaign. When the girls queried, pursued that matter, they were shown the fine print. I don’t think it hurts to make it a bit harder for our work to be used by a third party.

    • I have to give credit to MGW for the shine. I don’t think it has ever boiled water to be honest. I won it in a raffle (before MGW) and was immediately told that I didn’t deserve to win it. Go figure.
