ONE FOUR CHALLENGE – NOV WK 3
~~~~~
I think I can call my 1-4 images originals as at the moment
I am unable to replicate them.
If I cannot organise myself better next month
it may be my last.
I think this may be a duo-tone.
When I first saw this challenge I played around
with the photo but forgot to document what I did.
One thing I will say though is that
I am thinking more about effects
more than ever prior to this month Robyn.
Thank you. 🙂
From left to right these are my previous two images.
I know you have kept the image abstract on purpose. To me this looks like a radar or may be a heat vision image. very nice
You are probably not that far away with your assumption
Woolly, we’re including polls next week – if you want to – not a ‘have to’. Folks can vote for your favourite if you’d like 🙂
It would be an interesting inclusion Robyn. Not sure if you are going to set up polls or individual bloggers. Mention this only because my only try at setting up a poll was a total failure. 😦
Each person will be doing their own poll… But dont worry..
Include the questions for your readers preference in your post…
Only If you want to. Its just an idea that one of our players had 😊
Do what you can – no pressure.. Ok? 😀
I didnt comment before because I didn’t really know what your first image was of, still don’t 🙂 But you have certainly given it quite a different treatment this time. It reminds me of those weather maps when they are showing how hot it will be.
I can see that, now you mention it.
Listen to Cybele – she has the best imagination!!! 😉
If you get frustrated… walk away and come back when you’re ready.
I think this is successful Woolly.. I definitely get the fiery feeling, although I feel as though I am looking up through that vortex… wonder where I’m standing? he he
Go with the flow – do what you can – there are no expectations here – only experimentations 😀
Love the fact your works are originals!!
..and thank you for your comment on editing – you are so welcome!!
I get it, it’s a caldron, with some mean concoction cooking! Re the ‘getting organised’ bit, I find the only way is to take notes as you play around so you can replicate the effects you like later.
I m going to have to do something like that..it will slow the play down to something I can keep up to. 🙂
You are playing with us! But I like the colors, so you are forgiven.
Not intentionally…but I must confess its the colours that won me over to publish each image, with the exception of the pencil last week.
Not to worry about remembering what you did. I can never remember what I do – I have to have a pen and paper by me to record what I do. Interesting affects. 😀
So glad to hear that. It’s been very frustrating.
Why don’t you try Steve’s Snap & Zap challenge. You chose a photo and then document what you do. It is a way of exploring different affects as well. 🙂
Thanks Raewyn. I have found it and will have a look at it later on this evening.
Your imagination rivals MGW’s! Good ideas though. Which is why I don’t consider myself ‘arty’. I either ‘like’ or ‘don’t like’.
