My contribution for this week’s
This week I took some photos of our tiny Tibouchina, Groovy Baby
The tibouchina was a favourite of my grandfather
I am sure that it has a common name , however, Wikipedia and Google could not help me.
Growing about 45 centimetres high and spreading around 45 centimetres this plant definitely fits into the dwarf category. Some years ago I planted dwarf mahogany (eucalyptus) near our house. They were only supposed to grow about twelve to fifteen feet high. When they passed through the thirty foot mark I discovered my supplier had ‘messed up’ the seeds…or the labels.
