Thursday Lingering Look at Windows-Wk 45

My first Thursday Windows entry was going to entirely different to this post until I revisited the first two photos which took me back 20-25 years to a time Dad and I worked together to make some additions to our respective wool sheds.

This part of my wool shed when on the farm.  Dad and I installed those two windows

The same applies to these windows which were part of an extension on to Dad’s wool shed.

This is one of my favourite windows….both from the outside …

…and the inside.  The colour version will come later.

My contribution for this week’s

Black and White Challenge.

‘Twas a battle to find a statue, carving or sculpture this week. This will have to suffice….sort of a sculpture if your imagination is broad enough and I think you will find it somewhere in Cairns.

This little gem, on the other  hand was thought of as a potential blog photo many months ago and as part of our front garden, greets us each time we return home.
