About a week or so back we had a few frosts which turned the ground white. While taking a few photos of the frost I noticed that some of our plants still had, or are just beginning to come into bloom.
With joints aching from cold weather and all other things associate with one’s seventh decade, I managed to snap a few images which I thought would brighten my winter.
Also interesting to read on some blogs that the northern hemisphere summer commenced on June 21(ish). That was when the seasons began/ended, on the solstice/equinox when I was at school. Somewhere along the line Australian media hijacked the seasons and we have had a month of winter, already!
Hope you enjoy.
